What Happens If My Click & Collect Items Are Unavailable?Updated 3 days ago

All Click & Collect orders are subject to stock availability. While we aim to have your items ready within the estimated timeframe, there may be rare occasions where an item becomes unavailable.

If this happens, our team will contact you promptly to discuss the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative item.

If you arrive in-store before receiving your Click & Collect confirmation email and your order is not yet ready, we can offer free standard shipping or order cancellation. Please note that no additional compensation is available in these circumstance

No changes will be made without your approval, and we’ll always work with you to find the best solution.
