These rights apply in addition to any manufacturer or extended warranties and cannot be excluded.&#xA0;If a product you purchase has a major failure that cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to choose between:<ul data-pf-type="List2"><li data-pf-type="List2.Item2">A refund,</li><li data-pf-type="List2.Item2">An exchange for a similar item,&#xA0;</li><li data-pf-type="List2.Item2">Keeping the product and receiving compensation for any reduction in value.</li></ul>Where a product fault is confirmed to be a manufacturer&#x2019;s defect, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL guidelines and the manufacturer&#x2019;s warranty terms.
