In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if you would like to return an item because you have simply changed your mind, Baby Little Planet will offer you a store credit (not a refund) or exchange - simply contact us within 14 days of your order date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, remain in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This is provided that the item:

• Is returned with a proof of purchase (receipt)
• Is unused, in its original packaging as well as containing the instruction manuals and any accessories.

Excluded change of mind items:

• Clearance or discontinued items
• Car seats and their accessories
• Furniture (pre-approval is required)
• Mattresses (if plastic covering is broken or removed)
• Some hygiene products are unable to be returned unless they are faulty

Note: Please be advised that no refunds or exchanges will be given for display stock, floor stock, or clearance items, unless the product is proven to be faulty. This information would have been disclosed to the customer at the time of purchase.
