What happens if I miss my parcel upon arrival?
The courier will leave a calling card at your address so that you can arrange for a different delivery time. This only applies to courier deliveries, as Australia Post will leave a calling card with instructions for you to retrieve your parcel from the nearest post office or distribution center. It's important to note that couriers cannot make calls before delivery or while on their way. So please do not request this in your instructions. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped so that you can monitor its status and estimated delivery time.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item, faulty or damaged Item?
If you have received anything that is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving the goods. Please reach out to us by giving us a call on (03) 9369 9770 or emailing [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. This may involve providing us with a photo of the damaged product, or returning the item to us. Depending on the item, we will inform you of the steps we will take to rectify the situation and ensure that you receive the desired product.
