Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed by 12pm AEST in selected Melbourne metro areas. Same-day delivery rates will be shown at checkout for eligible items.

• A signature is required upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
• Orders placed after the 12pm cutoff will be scheduled for delivery the next day from 10am onwards (excluding public holidays).
• In rare cases where an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or an alternative solution.

Please note: Bulky items are not eligible for same-day delivery. If you need delivery for a bulky items, please call us to check eligibility.
