We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is a guide to our standard delivery timeframes once your order has been dispatched.
Standard Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be extended during busy periods such as sales events or the Christmas season.
Same-Day Dispatch
Yes — we offer same-day dispatch.
Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and sale periods) will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be dispatched on the next business day.
Same-Day Delivery (Melbourne Metro)
We also offer same-day delivery for eligible orders within selected Melbourne metro areas.
Orders must be placed by 12:00pm AEST
Available on eligible items only
Same-day delivery rates will appear at checkout if your order qualifies
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be scheduled for next-day delivery from 10:00am onwards (excluding public holidays)
Please note:
A signature is required upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive your order
Bulky items are not eligible for same-day delivery
