If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Requests must be received before 12:00pm AEST (our same-day dispatch cutoff) to allow time for changes to be processed.

To help us action your request quickly, we recommend:

• Calling our team directly on (03) 9369 9770 to ensure your request is received in time, or

• Emailing [email protected] and marking the subject line as URGENT

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to make changes. In this case, please refer to our Returns Policy for next steps once your order arrives.

Our team will always do their best to assist, however order changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
